Generates qualified public-sector sales pipeline across federal, Department of Defense, and state and local accounts. Conducts outbound prospecting, qualifies opportunities using MEDDPICC, manages smaller sales cycles, supports larger pursuits, delivers initial presentations, coordinates demonstrations, monitors procurement activity, maintains CRM accuracy, forecasts revenue, and partners with public-sector leadership, solution consultants, ServiceNow sellers, and channel partners.

Own product positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement for brightfin’s enterprise B2B SaaS platform. Develop messaging frameworks, launch plans, competitive battlecards, sales content, customer proof points, and training. Partner with Product on pricing and packaging, support analyst relations, and align go-to-market decisions with pipeline, win rate, and adoption outcomes. This hands-on role builds the product marketing function and operates cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.

Lead pre-sales discovery, demonstrations, ROI modeling, proof-of-concepts, RFPs, security questionnaires, and statements of work for brightfin’s IT spend optimization platform. Partner with sales teams and executive prospects to define business cases, address solution gaps, document requirements, and support deals through signature. Ensure clean handoffs to implementation and services teams while maintaining expertise in IT financial management, telecom, and ServiceNow. This remote role requires approximately 30% travel across the United States.
