Lead migration of multiple legacy systems into a unified J2EE web application. Manage technical design, code reviews, developer allocation, defect management, production support, dependency analysis, and performance monitoring. Develop and enhance Android applications for a Fortune 500 ecommerce team: redesign UI to Google standards, integrate and maintain REST services, implement native capabilities, and deliver features in an Agile environment.

Lead APM methodology efforts: gather, analyze, and validate monitoring requirements; produce and maintain monitoring schemas and documentation across network, servers, OS, applications, and business processes; coordinate with developers, sysadmins, DBAs, Implementation/Integration Engineers, Event Management and OCC; develop cost estimates, licensing, and SOP-based alerting/notification.

Manage telecom inventory and monthly billing profiles, process and reconcile carrier invoices, generate disputes and reports, track trouble tickets and repairs, handle wireless device administration and team metrics, and coordinate new service activations and cancellations.

Develop Spring-based REST services, Spring Batch, and Spring Integration components for an enterprise payments platform. Collaborate with technical lead and offshore teams, address technical risks, improve code quality, and identify opportunities for reuse and simplification. Utilize performance monitoring and write unit tests.

Lead infrastructure-focused projects across the full lifecycle (scope, plan, design, build, operate). Manage builds like in-memory grids, workflow re-platforms, cloud and datacenter migrations. Coordinate technical teams and vendors, define deliverables, track milestones, mitigate risks, and communicate status to IT and business stakeholders.
