Lead and coach Agile Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives), maintain burndowns, velocity and capacity metrics, support the Product Owner, remove impediments, present project status to management, and drive team adoption of Scrum practices.

Provide day-to-day production support for the Sungard (FIS) EXP AG workflow application: ensure system stability, respond to system alerts, troubleshoot desktop and process incidents, work with end users, and participate in an off-hours on-call rotation.

Serve as liaison between business and IT to capture, translate, and manage functional/non-functional requirements; write user stories/use cases; facilitate workshops and grooming; define acceptance criteria and tests; support solution design, estimating, SDLC compliance, testing coordination, and process automation opportunities in retirement financial services.

Lead as the institutional business representative for project rollout and readiness. Drive change management, capacity planning, internal communications, training, performance measurement, issue resolution, and ongoing training/marketing needs.
