Coordinate across IR, marketing, product, and training to ensure timely, capacity-aware deployments and stakeholder alignment.

- Represent the Institutional business needs throughout the duration of the project.
- Understand overall strategy, offer package and change management scenarios. Work with IR business contacts to identify client impact, capacity needs, and process changes.
- Develop and gain approval on rollout strategy and readiness plan with key business functions (IR, marketing, training, product, etc.). Ensure the timing of the rollout works with BAU functional priorities and make adjustments to address volume and capacity concerns as necessary i.e.: staggering of mailing for ATC, no communication during quarterly statement drops.
- Assist with development of internal communications, training and marketing materials aligned with key target audiences. Facilitate periodic review sessions for feedback/approval by IR leadership.
- Present/train IR on the project, both in large forums such as Segment Training or Info Exchanges or small team meetings ad hoc. Release internal communications as needed.
- Establish ongoing feedback mechanisms (i.e.: mailbox, surveys, offer champion feedback, etc.) and provide status updates as needed. Manage mailbox items as necessary for IR.
- Establish IR performance measurements and coordinate tracking with program lead. Provide reporting as necessary to and address areas of concern.
- Troubleshoot issues, internal and requiring client remediation. Communicate with IR as necessary on problem resolution.
- Ongoing, address additional training and marketing requirements.
- 5+ years of experience managing business initiatives / projects.
- Proficient with facilitating sessions, building capacity plans, process improvement, and overall project leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
