Build and own MNTN’s in-app customer engagement strategy across onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Develop data-informed personas and customer journeys, manage in-app messaging platforms, launch targeted campaigns, support product release engagement, run experiments, and establish reporting and feedback loops. Designs customer-focused technical solutions using MNTN’s advertising platform, supports pre-sales as a product and technical SME, and develops partnerships, integrations, use cases, enablement materials, and launch plans. The role identifies customer and market needs, collaborates with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and business development teams, supports new solution rollouts, and helps drive customer adoption, revenue growth, and long-term success across the AdTech and Connected TV ecosystem.

Build and maintain scalable monitoring solutions and dashboards to track production, campaign, and operational data. Analyze large-scale datasets to detect anomalies, perform root-cause investigations with Engineering and Production Operations, and deliver actionable insights to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
