Investigates telecom customer, vendor, and carrier disputes by analyzing CABS invoices, access charges, usage records, tariffs, contracts, and billing variances. Determines dispute validity and financial impact, prepares case recommendations, processes adjustments and credits, maintains compliance documentation, and collaborates with billing, network, finance, carrier relations, and vendors. The role also identifies recurring trends, manages dispute queues, supports process improvements, and meets service-level and turnaround-time requirements.

Oversee digital projects, including eCommerce and digital self-service initiatives, from planning through delivery. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across strategy, UX, UI, copywriting, and product teams. Coordinate meetings, track action items, manage scope changes, prioritize project intake, improve delivery processes, and lead retrospectives.

Leads content strategy and UX writing across Brightspeed’s eCommerce customer journeys, from acquisition and plan comparison through checkout, installation, and post-order support. Defines content frameworks, information architecture, interface language, governance standards, and reusable patterns. Partners with product, design, analytics, research, legal, marketing, and engineering teams to improve comprehension, accessibility, conversion, and task completion. Mentors content and product designers, leads critiques, applies AI-assisted methods, and supports measurement and experimentation.

Own complex UX/UI design projects across Brightspeed’s website, eCommerce experience, and customer account platform. Lead discovery, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, usability testing, validation, and developer handoff. Apply AI-assisted design methods and explore AI-enabled experiences through prototypes. Partner with product, engineering, analysts, and strategists to deliver data-informed improvements, while mentoring junior designers and raising team-wide design quality.

Design user-centered digital experiences across Brightspeed’s public website, eCommerce flow, and customer account platform. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production-ready UI in Figma; maintain design systems; use AI-assisted tools; support A/B testing and data-backed iteration; and collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams across multiple concurrent projects.

Own complex UX/UI design projects across Brightspeed’s website, eCommerce experience, and customer account platform. Lead discovery, wireframing, high-fidelity design, developer handoff, usability testing, and research validation.
