Leads product strategy, development, launches, and lifecycle management for private-asset wealth products in the US market. Evaluates product opportunities, structures funds and investment vehicles, manages governance processes, analyzes economics and regulatory requirements, and presents recommendations to senior leadership. Partners with investment, distribution, legal, compliance, finance, tax, risk, and external service providers while mentoring junior product staff.

Leads Barings’ global product strategy and management organization across public and private asset classes. Owns the product roadmap, investment cases, launches, lifecycle reviews, vehicle structures, pricing, competitive intelligence, and governance. Partners with investment, distribution, legal, compliance, finance, risk, and operations leaders while representing products in senior governance forums. Builds and develops a global product team serving institutional, insurance, and wealth clients.

Develops, launches, and manages private and alternative investment products for the US Wealth market. Responsibilities include market research, product strategy, fund structuring, regulatory analysis, financial modeling, governance coordination, stakeholder management, and ongoing product lifecycle oversight. The role collaborates with investment, legal, compliance, sales, finance, risk, operations, service providers, and investors across products such as BDCs, interval funds, tender-offer funds, private funds, feeder vehicles, and separately managed accounts.

Supports daily administration and oversight of fund finance borrowing bases across debt facilities. Responsibilities include preparing lender deliverables, reviewing credit agreements, monitoring covenants and indebtedness, validating fees and expenses, maintaining reporting calendars, resolving deficiencies, supporting facility negotiations, recording collateral and transaction data, and coordinating with capital markets, legal, liquidity management, and fund control teams.

Supports Global Client Group leadership and U.S. regional sales heads through financial analysis, executive reporting, KPI tracking, dashboards, process improvement, and operational projects.
