Performs second-line IT and data risk management, including risk assessments, control testing, gap assessments, continuous monitoring, regulatory compliance reviews, issue remediation tracking, and executive reporting. Develops risk methodologies, supports audits and examinations, advises on regulatory changes, and partners with technology, cybersecurity, data, compliance, and audit teams. Mentors junior analysts and helps strengthen enterprise risk awareness and decision-making.

Leads business resilience and operational recovery efforts, including business impact analyses, cyber recovery strategies, resilience exercises, process mapping, regulatory compliance, reporting, and remediation planning. Partners with business and technology owners to identify critical dependencies, test recovery capabilities, and strengthen continuity programs. Advises junior engineers, supports training, and maintains alignment with cybersecurity, risk management, FFIEC, and NIST guidance.

Conducts operational risk and compliance reviews within the capital markets business line, evaluates risk assessments and controls, analyzes policy adherence, reviews agreements, prepares risk documentation and management reports, identifies emerging risks, and develops mitigation action plans. The role supports the operational risk framework and may supervise other risk associates. It requires at least four days per week in the Atlanta Midtown office.

Defines and improves the end-to-end consumer money movement experience across debit cards, digital banking, deposits, ACH, bill pay, and person-to-person payments. Identifies customer pain points, develops business cases, influences product roadmaps, and leads cross-functional initiatives. Partners with product, operations, technology, analytics, marketing, branch, and contact-center teams to implement experience enhancements, training, and adoption efforts while managing risk, compliance, and customer outcomes.

Leads cyber exposure management and a team of security engineers and analysts. Develops security architecture, controls, incident response protocols, and risk-based remediation strategies across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Oversees threat exposure analysis, vulnerability prioritization, attack surface management, automation, escalations, and security technology investments. Partners with technology and business teams, communicates threats to executives, manages vendors, and mentors security staff.
