Own and run the end-to-end global go-to-market planning cadence. Partner with engineering, security, design, and GTM teams to build scalable authorization systems, define success metrics, engage customers, and drive adoption of enterprise-grade access management capabilities.

Lead design, modernization, and global administration of executive and equity compensation programs for VP-level and above. Drive benchmarking, incentive and long-term reward strategies, partner with HR/Finance/Legal, evaluate program effectiveness, and influence governance and executive retention through data-driven analyses and stakeholder engagement.
