Leads complex, high-value institutional retirement plan relationships for Vanguard Workplace Solutions. Provides strategic consultation, recommends service and operational enhancements, resolves complex client issues, coordinates cross-functional solutions, and builds executive-level partnerships. Applies expertise in retirement plan recordkeeping, investments, products, and competitive positioning to strengthen client loyalty and support long-term growth.
