Own and build Ceresti’s marketing function across brand positioning, B2B demand generation, digital infrastructure, content, sales enablement, DTC strategy, conferences, partnerships, and field marketing. Lead a small team, manage agencies, generate measurable pipeline, support executive thought leadership, and partner with sales, clinical, product, and executive leadership. The role requires healthcare marketing expertise, strong HubSpot and digital marketing fluency, startup experience, creative execution, and team-building leadership.

Conduct outbound calls to family caregivers, explain Ceresti’s support program, assess needs, secure enrollments, document interactions in CRM systems, manage follow-ups, and coordinate handoffs. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, conversion performance, HIPAA compliance, accurate documentation, and caregiver experience in a fully remote environment.

Build and maintain Ceresti’s Flutter-based iOS and Android caregiver applications. Responsibilities include native-feeling accessible UI, API integrations, secure authentication, push notifications, offline-first functionality, PHI protection, mobile CI/CD, store releases, analytics, crash monitoring, testing, and performance improvements. Collaborate within Agile teams, review code, mentor engineers, and support healthcare-focused product development.
