Position Overview

Join our team as a Product Manager, Enrollment and own the technology that enables family caregivers to discover, enroll in, and onboard into Ceresti's dementia care program. This role develops and leads cross-functional initiatives to drive caregiver enrollment at scale, owning a roadmap that spans marketing and referral channel development, outbound call operations, CRM strategy, web and form experiences, and the onboarding journey onto our platform.

You will be the connective tissue between enrollment operations, marketing, clinical, and engineering where you will lead and influence without direct reporting lines. You will partner with operations to define and accelerate the end-to-end enrollment funnel: defining the metrics, instrumenting the analytics, running a continuous cadence of experiments, and shipping the products and automations that move conversion. You will own a roadmap of improvements to existing systems (e.g. AI-powered enrollment intelligence engine) as well as high-leverage, zero-to-one bets such as referral programs and self-serve onboarding. This is a role suited for a product manager who is growth-oriented, experiment-driven, scrappy, and energized by ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces with a direct line to business growth.

About Us & What We Do

Ceresti is on a mission to reduce avoidable hospitalizations and improve care for people living with dementia while improving the lives of their families and caregivers. We envision a world in which family caregivers of people living with dementia are supported and have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide the best possible care for their loved ones.

Ceresti is a tech-enabled dementia care provider with a differentiated model of care that improves outcomes and delivers guaranteed cost savings by including family caregivers in the care team. We offer health plans and accountable care organizations a turnkey solution for impacting a population that has limited engagement in traditional clinical programs.

Our culture is rooted in agility, innovation, and collaboration. We believe that every idea—no matter how small—can spark a meaningful improvement. Together, we create solutions that make a lasting impact on the healthcare ecosystem, enabling more compassionate and cost-effective care for those who need it most.

Responsibilities

Enrollment Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

●      Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the technology that drives caregiver enrollment, from first touch through activation on the Ceresti platform.

●      Translate company growth targets into a prioritized, sequenced roadmap of enrollment initiatives.

●      Build the business case for each initiative, sizing the enrollment opportunity against the investment required.

●      Balance near-term conversion wins against the zero-to-one bets that unlock step-change growth across channels, partners, and markets.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

●      Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning marketing, sales, operations, clinical, data, and engineering, driving alignment and outcomes without direct reporting lines.

●      Partner closely with marketing on campaign strategy, channel mix, messaging, and the lead-to-enrollment handoff.

●      Partner closely with outbound call operations to turn frontline insight into product, process, automations, and tooling improvements.

●      Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship.

●      Use modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, requirements generation, and iteration.

●      Be hands-on and scrappy. Unblock teams, force decisions, and drive momentum when things get ambiguous.

●      Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, experiment results, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Enrollment Systems & Technology

●      Own the strategy and roadmap for HubSpot as the system of record for enrollment including lifecycle stages, pipelines, properties, automation, and reporting.

●      Own the technology that enables outbound call operations, including dialing, queueing, call routing, scripting, disposition capture, and AI-assisted agent tooling.

●      Own the technology that enables efficient handling of inbound leads

●      Own the product side of Ceresti's websites, ensuring landing pages and forms flow cleanly into the right enrollment pipelines with accurate attribution.

●      Ensure clean, trustworthy data flows across marketing, CRM, telephony, and platform systems so every lead is routed, worked, and measured.

Caregiver Onboarding

●      Own the caregiver onboarding experience end to end — what happens from the moment a caregiver says yes through to an activated, engaged user.

●      Partner with platform product and engineering teams to design and ship onboarding experiences that are empathetic, simple, and fast to value.

●      Continuously reduce friction, drop-off, and time-to-activation at every step of onboarding.

●      Own the handoff from enrollment into ongoing engagement and coaching.

Funnel Analytics & Experimentation

●      Define, instrument, and own the enrollment funnel: stage definitions, conversion rates, channel and cohort performance, and cost per enrollment.

●      Build the reporting and dashboards that give the company a shared, real-time view of enrollment performance.

●      Run a continuous, high-velocity experimentation program: form hypotheses, design tests, measure results, iterate quickly, and scale what works.

●      Pair quantitative funnel data with qualitative caregiver feedback to identify the next constraint and deliver business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Education

●      BS/BA degree or higher.

Experience

●      3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent, ideally owning growth, enrollment, or acquisition funnels.

●      Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving outcomes through influence rather than authority.

●      Experience owning a funnel end to end — defining the metrics, running the experiments, and moving conversion.

●      Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms as the system of record for a funnel; HubSpot strongly preferred.

●      Experience with outbound, contact center, or sales engagement technology is a strong plus.

●      Experience building or managing onboarding experiences, self-serve flows, or referral programs.

●      Experience working with AI-enabled products, personalization systems, or data-driven user experiences is a strong plus.

●      Experience translating user needs and business goals into shipped product features and user experiences.

●      Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where scrappiness and ownership are required.

●      Experience in healthcare or caregiving is a strong plus.

Skills

●      Strong product judgment with a user-centered mindset.

●      Strong analytical skills; fluent in funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and experiment design.

●      Highly experiment-oriented, with a bias toward testing and measuring over debating.

●      Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional groups without direct reporting lines.

●      Comfortable with HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.

●      Comfortable in analytics and BI tooling; able to get to an answer in the data without waiting on someone else.

●      Ability to design intuitive experiences for complex or emotionally sensitive user journeys.

●      Strong judgment around applying AI responsibly in emotionally sensitive user experiences.

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●      Highly collaborative; able to build trust across functions.

●      Organized, pragmatic, and execution-focused.

●      Curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new domains.

●      High integrity, transparency, and ownership mindset.

●      Must be able to pass a background check.
