Lead and close national strategic partnerships with airlines, OTAs, banks and large travel intermediaries. Own deal strategy and negotiations, position the company as a premier travel insurance partner, and collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and customer success to implement partnerships. Set and drive ambitious revenue targets and accountability for delivering transformative, high-value long-term agreements.

Lead and scale the insurance operations function, build the operating model for product development and launches, coordinate with underwriters and partners, implement QA and documentation standards, reduce operational risk, and create repeatable processes for disciplined, scalable execution across Product, Partnerships, and Underwriting.

Lead East Coast business development for travel insurance: build and manage pipeline, source and close partnerships with travel advisors/agencies, negotiate distribution agreements, support partner onboarding and adoption, represent the company at industry events, and use data to forecast and budget. Domestic and international travel required.
