Own post-sale strategy, team structure, staffing, compensation, support operations, customer tiering, onboarding, renewals, expansion, retention, escalations, advisory programs, and customer feedback loops. Build dashboards and health scores, partner with Sales on revenue retention, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to convert customer insights into roadmap priorities.

Build and lead GC AI’s revenue operations function from the ground up. Develop go-to-market processes, hire and manage a high-performing team, select and implement operational technology, align Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships, and optimize pipeline, forecasting, retention, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue performance through data-driven KPIs.

Manage outsourced accounting relationships and oversee monthly close, reconciliations, journal entries, revenue accounting, accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, audits, reporting, and internal controls. Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606. Partner with Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to improve billing and data flows, while transitioning accounting functions in-house and building scalable processes for company growth.

Design and implement complex, accessible front-end components and a reusable design system. Architect UI solutions, prototype interactions, mentor engineers, improve design-to-development workflows, and build performant, responsive interfaces and marketing pages for a legal AI platform.

Own and harden core platform infrastructure on GCP, build and maintain CI/CD and IaC, unify logging and observability, enforce network and environment isolation, improve developer productivity and tooling, and help define platform engineering direction and culture.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at GC AI, you'll drive sales by qualifying leads, managing trials, and closing deals in the legal tech space, leveraging exceptional AI products.
