Own the full sales cycle for new business acquisition in the Distribution market, targeting mid-market SaaS deals exceeding $100K ARR. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, consultative selling, MEDDPICC-based opportunity management, negotiation, pipeline development, forecasting, CRM maintenance, and customer handoffs. The role partners with SDRs, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth and optimize go-to-market execution.

Lead remote onboarding and implementations of the FieldConnect SaaS platform: manage projects, discover customer workflows, configure integrations, deliver training, perform testing and go-live, provide professional services, and support cross-functional technical activities including escalations, sales engineering, and environment administration.

Own full sales cycle for Commerce Division SaaS customers: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing, and handoff to customer success. Maintain CRM pipeline, forecast revenue, collaborate with marketing/product teams, and stay current on market trends.

Lead product ownership for the Commerce platform: manage backlog, translate strategy into epics/features/user stories, prioritize initiatives, define roadmap, liaise with stakeholders and engineering, and produce executive reporting and KPI dashboards to drive delivery and product performance.

Lead enterprise data architecture across multiple SaaS products by unifying reporting platforms, data models, and analytics capabilities. Assess current systems, define target-state architecture, establish data governance and quality standards, separate analytical workloads from transactional systems, and develop phased migration roadmaps. Guide database, engineering, and BI teams on cloud platforms, integration, modeling, performance, security, and reliability. Enable trusted cross-product reporting, governed self-service analytics, and data foundations for AI and advanced analytics.

Lead go-to-market strategy for Commerce products, define positioning, messaging, and pricing, create launch materials and sales enablement, drive market intelligence, support demand generation and customer adoption, and collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to grow e-commerce and thrift retail solutions.

Manage commissions and variable compensation for sales teams, own commissions software administration and reconciliations, integrate acquisitions into compensation processes, build BI/CRM dashboards and automations, support Quote-to-Cash and Sales Enablement, handle reporting requests and month-end close with Finance.

Own marketing reporting, measurement, and operations to enable data-driven decisions. Build and maintain BI reporting suites, ensure data accuracy, develop measurement frameworks, optimize lead enrichment and routing, support AI-enabled reporting automation, and provide SDR operations reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Ops, Data Engineering, Finance, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable reporting, SOPs, and actionable insights.

Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large SaaS customers to drive renewals, expansion, and price increases. Proactively monitor customer health, execute renewal and expansion strategies, conduct Executive Business Reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable value and growth. Mentor team members and contribute to process improvement and scalable success operations.

Lead systems enablement for newly acquired business units: configure Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and CPQ; support billing/revenue operations; drive change management, training, and adoption; build playbooks and AI-assisted enablement materials; collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, IT, and Data teams to ensure accurate integrations and smooth onboarding.
