Overview of the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Product Owner to drive the delivery and continuous improvement of our Commerce platform. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business objectives into well-defined product requirements while ensuring successful execution across Agile teams.

This role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and analytical skills, along with hands-on experience using Agile product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, Figma, Lucidchart, and reporting dashboards.

The Product Owner will own the product backlog, prioritize initiatives based on business value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric digital commerce capabilities.

Core ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership
  • Own and manage the product backlog for Commerce initiatives.
  • Translate business strategies into clear Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on customer value, business impact, risk, and technical dependencies.
  • Define product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers and business leadership.
  • Ensure product vision is understood across engineering and business teams.
Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary liaison between:

Reporting & Communication

Produce executive-quality reports including:

  • Sprint Status Reports

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
  • At least 3 years of experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Proven experience delivering Commerce or Digital Product initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in backlog management and product delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and product management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and MIRO.
  • Experience using documentation and product design tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, and Figma.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Experience using collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
Commerce Experience

Experience working on one or more of:

Preferred Experience
