Lead development and optimization of products that power customer acquisition and monetization. Own product portfolio, prioritize investments, run experiments, partner with Engineering/Analytics/Marketing, leverage AI and automation, and drive improvements in conversion, lead quality, and revenue growth.

Lead a portfolio of strategic partnerships to drive profitable growth, retention, and operational excellence. Develop category strategies, negotiate contracts, run QBRs, and align cross-functional teams (Product, Media, Finance) to execute initiatives. Own partner performance end-to-end, analyze KPIs, produce clear presentations and recommendations, and build/coach account managers to deliver measurable business results.

Lead cross-functional GTM growth initiatives by turning ambiguous problems into structured analyses, strategic narratives, and execution plans. Build executive-ready decks, run partner performance analysis, maintain competitive research, identify growth levers, coordinate teams, and create processes/tools to scale partnerships and reduce operational friction.

Own day-to-day performance and growth for a portfolio of strategic partners. Execute growth plans, negotiate economics and budgets, deliver data-driven insights, run partner meetings, collaborate cross-functionally, manage projects end-to-end, and proactively surface opportunities and issues.
