The External Wholesaler is responsible for generating new business and retaining relationships by aggressively selling life insurance products, attending conferences, and tracking sales activity.

Support external wholesalers selling executive disability and life products by providing deep product knowledge, sales support, case design, relationship management, prospecting, and sales tracking. Coordinate with underwriting, operations, marketing, and account managers to ensure smooth proposal, enrollment, and renewal processes and deliver reporting to management.

Lead the modernization of life underwriting, drive transformation initiatives, oversee teams, and ensure integration of modern tools and systems.

Lead and coordinate firm lifecycle events including mergers, new-firm onboarding, leadership transitions, and CRE projects. Manage planning, system readiness, stakeholder alignment, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operational transitions and reduce risk.

Lead end-to-end learning strategy for firm onboarding, licensing, and new business processing. Design and deliver virtual and in-person curriculum, map processes and SOPs, measure training impact, manage AMP administration and Broker Appointment Sweep, and partner with stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement.

Provide annuity product expertise and sales support to internal Financial Representatives and external IMO partners. Support complex case design, deliver training, analyze books of business, and act as a wholesaler-to-wholesalers to drive third-party annuity distribution and growth.

The Underwriting Consultant adjudicates complex life underwriting cases, guides peers on digital tools, and ensures compliance with underwriting practices, focusing on efficiency and customer experience.

Serve as primary relationship manager for third-party distribution partners to drive annuity sales, manage onboarding, provide product support and training, monitor performance, support product rollouts, and resolve escalations to grow assets and partner engagement.

The Internal Wholesaler will develop and grow life brokerage sales by partnering with directors, supporting sales ideas, providing advanced case design support, and managing client relationships.

Oversee life underwriting team, manage case adjudication, implement automated underwriting, and enhance customer experience through analytics and team development.
