Lead and manage a team of executive healthcare recruiters, build and maintain client relationships, drive business development, oversee recruitment projects from start to finish, contribute to firm strategy, and monitor and improve team performance.

Provide remote administrative support to executive search consultants: source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, communicate with candidates/clients, perform preliminary assessments, post job ads, and manage recruitment-related documents and reports.

Identify, attract, and assess senior healthcare leaders for clients; build and manage client relationships and a book of business; advise clients on market trends; handle full-cycle executive search and interviews; drive business development and client management.
