Provides senior legal counsel on AI, product development, marketing, legal technology, technology transactions, and emerging regulations. Advises Product, Engineering, Marketing, Partner, Customer Success, and Strategy teams; drafts policies and agreement terms; negotiates vendor, open-source, collaboration, and customer agreements; supports product launches and go-to-market strategies; and translates complex AI laws into practical business guidance.

Provides technical support for Relativity products by diagnosing software, network, SQL, and Windows issues. Manages customer tickets from creation through resolution, escalation, and documentation in Salesforce while meeting service-level agreements. Communicates with technical and non-technical customers by phone and email, collaborates across support teams, develops product expertise, and reports significant issues to management. The role works an evening Monday–Friday shift.

Leads strategic customer success for complex, high-value accounts while coaching the broader CSM team. Owns customer health, renewals, ROI reporting, executive business reviews, AI adoption, change management, and legal workflow transformation. Builds playbooks, trains peers, influences product and sales decisions, and develops expansion opportunities. The role requires deep legal technology, eDiscovery, litigation operations, or compliance-regulated environment expertise, along with executive credibility and commercial awareness.

Counsel commercial transactions by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS, software, cloud, AI, data processing, procurement, and strategic partnership agreements. Advise stakeholders on commercial and operational legal issues, support pricing and contracting processes, improve legal workflows, and manage complex contract volumes. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, Procurement, Customer Success, and other teams while evaluating technology, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory considerations.

Advises legal customers on adopting and integrating Relativity’s AI platform. Builds relationships with lawyers, leads tailored demonstrations, supports pre-sales, onboarding, training, workflow transformation, and value realization. Translates AI capabilities into practical legal use cases, gathers customer feedback for product teams, and develops scalable engagement best practices. The role requires a practicing or former attorney with litigation knowledge, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with legal AI tools.

Supports Relativity Success leadership through strategic planning, prioritization, executive reporting, and business operations. Builds cross-functional relationships, gathers operational intelligence, identifies dependencies and risks, recommends actions, and contributes to annual planning. The role combines analytical rigor, relationship management, process development, and decision support in a SaaS environment.

Lead roadmap and execution for document conversion and enrichment features. Work with customers, engineering, sales, and design to define requirements, prioritize backlog, track product metrics, and drive adoption. Provide technical leadership on cloud architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance while breaking projects into iterative releases and producing go-to-market content.

Serve as the technical account lead for Relativity customers: develop account plans, drive technical success plans, resolve critical incidents, partner cross-functionally to improve product experience, and advise customers on best practices. Maintain SME-level Relativity knowledge, contribute to KCS processes, and support capacity planning and service quality.

Provide senior legal counsel on commercial technology transactions including SaaS, software, cloud, AI-enabled and data processing agreements; draft, review, and negotiate contracts; advise cross-functional stakeholders; streamline contracting processes and pricing governance; use legal tech and AI tools to increase efficiency; engage customers and support strategic initiatives.

Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects into RelativityOne, define and prioritize migration tooling, author requirements and runbooks, engage agency customers, ensure FedRAMP-compliant handling of DT1 data, and drive continuous improvement and product feedback.
