Manage and review multi-state income and franchise tax compliance and consulting engagements. Advise clients on apportionment, nexus, credits, audits, and transactional tax implications. Lead engagements, prepare technical research and memoranda, respond to state notices, support business development, and supervise and mentor tax staff while staying current on SALT legislative and regulatory changes.

Lead planning, review, and delivery of complex tax engagements for high net worth individuals, families, trusts, and closely held businesses. Provide proactive tax planning, estate/gift/trust advice, multi-jurisdictional strategies, client relationship management, team supervision, and business development while ensuring compliance and timely filing.

Lead complex corporate tax engagements for privately held and middle-market businesses, overseeing planning, compliance, multi-state and consolidated filings, client advisory for M&A and international tax, supervising staff, ensuring timely filings, and delivering strategic tax planning and consulting.

Manage and review complex corporate tax engagements for foreign inbound and middle-market clients.
