Manages health plan and provider client accounts, delivering strategic managed-care reinsurance consulting and relationship services. Develops reinsurance strategies, coordinates internal service teams, oversees renewals, reporting, claims support, premium and enrollment tracking, and policy implementation. Leads proposals, client meetings, business development, and renewal communications while ensuring client needs and policy requirements are addressed throughout the term.

Manages an employee benefits insurance book of business, client relationships, renewals, new business development, carrier negotiations, coverage analysis, and service teams. Serves as the primary client contact, presents renewal recommendations, sells additional coverage, resolves benefit and claims issues, manages vendor relationships, supports RFPs, and ensures accurate agency system data and fee collection.

Supports producers and account managers with new business, renewals, and daily employee benefits account services. Responsibilities include preparing census files, processing individual and group applications, drafting correspondence, responding to client and carrier inquiries, coordinating resources, maintaining accurate agency management system data, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skills.

Manages OCIP and CCIP wrap-up insurance programs, supporting client accounts, renewals, new business development, marketing, proposals, negotiations, and carrier or agent inquiries. Coordinates with producers, clients, contractors, and insurance markets; analyzes exposures, prepares specifications and presentations, maintains accurate agency system data, and provides customer service. Requires an insurance license, continuing education, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and WrapX.

Serves as the primary operational liaison among producers, carrier partners, and employer groups. Supports new business quoting, implementations, enrollments, renewals, proposal preparation, employee education, carrier administration, and service issue resolution. Maintains broker and client relationships, provides training on carrier products and enrollment tools, coordinates escalations, and supports retention and growth of General Agency business.

Manages service delivery for large commercial insurance accounts, supports producers with renewals and new business, markets and negotiates coverage, prepares proposals, binds policies, reviews contracts, assists with claims, resolves billing issues, and maintains accurate agency management records. Provides client service, technical guidance, and retention support while ensuring licensing and continuing education requirements are met.

Supports LifeBalance account executives and client relationships through client communications, utilization reporting, database maintenance, invoicing follow-up, customer service escalation, and onboarding. Develops client-specific promotional materials, recruits and maintains vendor partnerships, curates discount information, and coordinates with marketing, sales, member services, IT, and other teams to support engagement and renewals.
