Lead customer discovery with compliance and security operations teams, prioritize audit-ready compliance, alerting, forensic investigation, AI-driven detection, and SIEM/SOAR integrations. Partner with engineering, sales, customer success, and analysts to grow renewals, drive SaaS conversion, and establish product success metrics. Requires substantial product management and cybersecurity experience, plus expertise in DSPM, compliance frameworks, security operations, and multi-tenant SaaS modernization.

Manage end-to-end customer renewals, including commercial negotiations, contract terms, forecasting, retention, and revenue growth. Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Experience, Finance, Support, Service Delivery, and Revenue Operations. Analyze customer accounts to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, improve renewal processes, maintain forecast accuracy, and enhance the customer journey through process improvements and automation.
