Lead and grow the Premier Services team delivering UKG HCM and WFM solutions. Own staffing, training, capacity planning, utilization, revenue targets, process improvement, governance, and automation initiatives while partnering with Sales, People & Culture, and other leaders to meet company KPIs and scale services.
