Leads the architecture, research, development, evaluation, and production deployment of GenAI and LLM-based healthcare ML solutions. Responsibilities include performance tuning, database administration, HA/DR implementation, backup and recovery, security and compliance, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and 24/7 on-call support. Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and architects on database changes, production deployments, documentation, and disaster recovery testing.

Designs and maintains Snowflake-based cloud data pipelines and lake architectures for asset-based finance and mortgage servicing analytics. Leads legacy-system migrations, ETL/ELT development, data validation, reconciliation, and financial integrity controls. Translates business requirements into Jira epics and user stories, supports project planning, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness, and coordinates with business, finance, operations, and technical stakeholders.

Own strategic growth, revenue, and profitability for major P&C insurance accounts. Build C-suite relationships, develop account plans, identify AI/data/cloud opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, and coordinate global delivery to drive client transformation and expansion. Travel up to 50%.
