Title: Client Partner - Key Insurance Accounts

Location:  Chicago or other metropolitan areas in Central and East US      

   

Role Overview:

As an AI Solutions Sales Lead - Key Insurance Accounts this role will own and be responsible for expanding Quantiphi’s business in two F500 Named accounts in the Insurance industry. 

The AI Solutions Sales Lead - Key Insurance Accounts at Quantiphi will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of access to our senior management. This role will have direct responsibility for both the top-line and bottom-line performance of the Accounts.

 

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities of an AI Solutions Sales Lead - Key Insurance Accounts are:   

1. Executive Relationship Management
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders

  • Map and manage relationships across business, technology, and procurement leaders

  • Serve as a strategic advisor within the account

2. Industry & Client Expertise
  • Apply deep insurance industry knowledge

  • Understand client business models, challenges, and goals

  • Align AI solutions to deliver measurable Business Value

3. Account Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic accounts plans

  • Define and execute growth strategy within assigned accounts

  • Own overall account expansion roadmap

4. Business Development Ownership
  • Lead full Sales lifecycle from Discovery to SOW

  • Identify and develop new opportunities (net-new work)

  • Expand existing engagements and bodies of work

5. Solution Positioning & Innovation
  • Proactively introduce new ideas and solutions

  • Position cutting-edge services aligned to client needs

  • Drive business performance improvements for clients

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with technology leaders and solution experts

  • Engage global delivery teams to ensure committed results

  • Align internal stakeholders to client strategy

7. Outcomes & Client Success
  • Focus on measurable business outcomes

  • Drive customer satisfaction

  • Ensure delivery excellence and long-term partnership growth

Base Qualifications:  

  • 8+ years of enterprise services sales experience, leveraging a consultative, value-based selling approach to drive complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

  • 5+ years managing and expanding Fortune 500 accounts, with a consistent track record of revenue growth and executive relationship development.

  • 5+ years within Insurance, with deep knowledge of industry trends, regulatory landscape, and digital transformation priorities.

  • Proven experience selling and managing Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning solutions in complex enterprise environments.

  • Demonstrated success leading strategic, multi-year account growth plans, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

  • Ability to own and grow multiple insurance accounts simultaneously, balancing strategic expansion with delivery excellence.

  • Strong C-suite and senior stakeholder engagement skills, with executive presence and trusted advisor credibility.

  • Experience managing the full contract lifecycle, including MSAs, SoWs, pricing models, and commercial negotiations.

  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into measurable outcomes through consultative, solution-based services sales.

  • Experience working within or alongside a top-tier consulting or professional services firm, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate across global Enablement and Delivery teams.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — capable of running accounts as a business, aligning revenue growth, delivery strategy, talent planning, and multi-geo coordination.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
