The Enterprise Account Executive will source new clients, manage complex relationships, drive sales strategies, and meet ARR targets in a fast-paced technical environment.

Partner with Account Executives to design, demo, and run technical POCs for Glean's Work AI platform. Lead technical discovery, architect integrations and API-based connections, address security concerns, build custom demos/environments, produce ROI/business justification, and coordinate cross-functionally with product and engineering to deliver customer solutions.

Responsible for sourcing and closing net-new enterprise accounts in the Southeast, developing territory strategies, building executive sponsorship and champions, running value-driven sales cycles and tight POCs, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting ARR targets through data-driven ROI justification and repeatable sales processes.

The AI Success Manager will lead customer implementations and long-term engagements, ensuring technical deployment success, managing projects, and driving customer adoption of AI solutions.
