Leads the Strategic Partner Business Development sales team, delivering revenue and quota results across healthcare RCM, clearinghouse, and practice management markets. Develop backend software using C# and T-SQL for import functionality, performance optimization, and migration tooling. Design, implement, test, debug, document, and review high-quality code while managing integration and deployment tasks. Collaborate with product management on enhancements, participate in agile ceremonies, maintain security and regulatory compliance, and support critical issues through an on-call rotation.

Develop, test, deploy, and support scalable C# and SQL solutions for the ScriptMed Cloud Platform. Configure systems for customer onboarding, automate manual workflows, translate business requirements for distributed engineering teams, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain HIPAA, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in design reviews, document solutions, and provide on-call support for critical issues.

Serves as a senior strategic People partner to executives and business leaders, translating business priorities into workforce, organizational, talent, performance, and change strategies. Strengthens the People Business Partner model through standards, coaching, operating-model improvements, and strategic enablement. Oversees employee relations, performance, retention, compliance, workforce planning, succession, organizational design, and HR initiatives while partnering with People Centers of Excellence and legal stakeholders. Uses workforce data and business insights to guide recommendations, manage risk, and improve organizational effectiveness.

Act as a technical partner to Customer Success and enterprise customers for healthcare data licensing: troubleshoot integrations, validate data deliveries, manage escalations, support onboarding, liaise with Product/Engineering, analyze data quality, and improve processes to ensure accurate, compliant data delivery and customer adoption.

Designs and develops product training for customers, partners, and employees using adult-learning methodologies. Creates courses, assessments, job aids, visual materials, and interactive content; collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts; manages training project schedules; evaluates curriculum effectiveness; reports results; and maintains consistent branding, quality, compliance, and HIPAA standards.

Design, architect, and implement custom enterprise ServiceNow solutions and integrations. Own feature releases, monitoring, and platform health. Customize UI, workflows, catalogs, and knowledge bases. Deliver integrations via REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO and Mid Server. Provide technical leadership, mentor peers, translate business needs into solutions, and ensure regulatory/HIPAA compliance.

Lead design and build a modern employee capability and growth ecosystem using product-minded, data-driven, and AI-enabled approaches. Own immersive learning strategy, leadership development, performance management, onboarding, ERG alignment, and measurement of program impact. Partner with executives and People teams, manage a small team and vendors, and drive adoption and continuous improvement to improve organizational capability and business outcomes.

Lead enterprise-wide process discovery, documentation, optimization, automation, and AI-enabled transformation. Design process controls and governance, build business cases, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption and measurable operational improvements.

Leads enterprise FP&A process improvement, consolidation, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting across multiple business units. Partners with the CFO and VP of FP&A on board, investor, lender, and QBR materials. Drives standardization, cross-functional strategic projects, reporting consistency, change adoption, and data accuracy while influencing teams without formal authority.
