Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Priority’s payment terminal and equipment portfolio across Clover, Dejavoo, and Valor. Lead Agile product delivery, write requirements, prioritize backlogs, manage payment and hardware integrations, oversee device certification and lifecycle management, and establish product KPIs. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, risk, support, marketing, sales, and external partners to improve merchant experiences, commercialization, compliance, and product growth.

Own the strategy, roadmap, requirements, lifecycle, and adoption of Priority Commerce Engine platform APIs across payments, banking, treasury, onboarding, transactions, and financial operations. Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and developer teams to define API behavior, manage versioning and migrations, prioritize platform investments, and drive cross-product adoption. Translate complex financial capabilities into clear product decisions while tracking customer, developer, and business outcomes.

Leads technical direction for the Partner Services engineering area while remaining hands-on with mission-critical financial systems. Owns architecture roadmaps, ADRs, observability, reliability, security, technical investment, OKRs, and KPIs across multiple teams. Leads major incidents, drives AI-native engineering practices, partners with product and executive stakeholders, participates in architecture governance, and mentors engineers at every level. The role requires strong payments or banking familiarity, executive communication, and extensive technical leadership experience.

Recruit and activate Independent Sales Organizations, agents, and strategic sales partners for a payments and fintech platform. Own the full partner recruitment lifecycle, including prospecting, relationship development, partner evaluation, commercial negotiations, contracting, onboarding, and activation. Build a qualified pipeline, manage partner economics, collaborate with internal teams, and achieve channel recruitment and revenue targets through strong industry relationships and business development expertise.
