Sell Cleo products to new and existing clients by building relationships, driving pipeline, executing the full sales process from lead to close, collaborating with SDRs and Account Managers, negotiating, and tracking client program progress to meet revenue goals.

Lead product strategy and execution: discover customer needs, define requirements and prototypes, prioritize roadmaps, work with engineering to deliver features, drive launches and go-to-market, and evangelize products while soliciting customer feedback to improve experience and growth.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful implementation of Cleo's solutions while managing resources, schedules, and budgets, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Lead publisher-level alliances with ERP, TMS, and WMS software publishers to position Cleo as a preferred integration partner. Develop strategic 12-month alliance plans, drive joint go-to-market motions and ISV certification, own publisher-influenced ARR targets, and coordinate cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Channel, and Marketing.

The Customer Success Manager oversees customer lifecycle, develops relationships, and ensures accurate records while promoting customer loyalty and problem resolution.
