Leads and scales Fingerprint’s recruiting function by managing Talent Partners, developing hiring strategy and workforce plans, standardizing recruiting processes, and owning recruiting metrics. Advises executives and hiring managers on role scope, leveling, compensation, and hiring decisions. Optimizes ATS, sourcing, and AI recruiting tools while improving efficiency, forecasting, and candidate experience across technical and non-technical hiring.

Drive technical sales cycles from discovery through close by partnering with sales executives, gathering customer requirements, leading proof-of-value integrations, and presenting product demonstrations. Translate customer pain points into Fingerprint solutions, respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, support conferences, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with sales and marketing. The role requires strong JavaScript and SQL skills, excellent presentation abilities, and proficiency with remote-work tools.

Build and optimize highly performant backend systems, APIs, microservices, and real-time data-processing infrastructure in Go and Node.js. Connect brand and creative work to pipeline, demand generation, awareness, and measurable business outcomes. Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and communications to create experiments, close content gaps, shape go-to-market strategy, and establish scalable creative systems and processes.

Drive new enterprise business from prospecting through close, owning a territory and building self-generated pipeline. Manage complex SaaS sales cycles, navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, apply MEDDPICC, lead consultative and technical evaluations, and partner with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, SDRs, and leadership. Build executive relationships, maintain forecasting and CRM discipline, operate autonomously in a remote environment, and represent Fingerprint at industry events.

Guide customers through integrating APIs into web and mobile applications, troubleshoot issues using logs, monitor API performance, create JavaScript automation and sample code, and provide technical training and documentation. Serve as the primary technical customer contact, collaborate with Customer Success and product teams, gather feedback, and support onboarding, retention, and account growth.
