Lead the data science strategy for deployed humanoid robots: build predictive maintenance and reliability models, drive fleet performance and RaaS economics analysis, develop anomaly detection and RCA tooling, link manufacturing test data to field outcomes, and set instrumentation, experimentation, and data-quality standards across hardware, software, manufacturing, and operations.

The Director of AI will lead AI and machine learning initiatives, develop AI architecture for humanoid robots, oversee production-ready AI systems, and manage team growth and budget.

Develop cloud-native Kubernetes workflows, model registries, feature stores, experiment tracking, developer APIs, CLI tools, and ML CI/CD systems. Collaborate with AI researchers, robotics engineers, and data platform teams while mentoring junior engineers and shaping platform architecture, reliability, and scalability.

Lead and scale the Strategic Program Management Office, building a TPM team and enforcing consistent PM methodology across product launch programs. Own portfolio prioritization, executive reporting, risk management, recovery plans, KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional alignment between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, finance, and commercial teams to drive product launches from concept to volume production.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ingestion agents for fleet robotics. Define efficient data formats/protocols, implement observability and big-data processing (Spark/Kafka), and build cloud tools (S3, Athena, SageMaker) for analytics, IoT integration, and long-horizon forecasting to improve robot performance and operational insights.

Lead technical direction and deliver collision-free motion planning for humanoid robots. Design, implement, test, and deploy trajectory optimization, MPC, and sample-based planners; architect modular planning systems integrated with perception, state estimation, and control; develop algorithms robust to uncertainty; and provide cross-team technical leadership and mentorship.

Provide corporate and securities legal support for a high-growth robotics company, including board governance, SEC filings, transactions (M&A, investments), commercial contracts, compliance programs, external counsel management, and entity/record maintenance to transition and operate under public-company standards.

Lead global event strategy, design, and execution including trade shows, product launches, live robot demonstrations, vendor/logistics management, cross-functional coordination with engineering, sales, and communications, and post-event ROI reporting to support pipeline and brand goals.

Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for Agility's humanoid robotics portfolio.
