Own Bobbie’s digital growth product initiatives across acquisition, ecommerce, checkout, subscription, personalization, and AI-powered experiences. Lead experimentation from hypothesis through analysis, use customer and behavioral data to prioritize improvements, and partner cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Operations. Success is measured through conversion, funnel progression, checkout completion, average order value, subscription performance, experiment velocity, and incremental growth.

Leads end-to-end UX/UI design for Bobbie’s subscription and ecommerce experiences. Responsibilities include designing subscriber journeys, managing design systems in Figma, conducting research and usability testing, improving conversion and retention, ensuring WCAG accessibility, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Creative, Brand, and Lifecycle teams, and directing external contractors. The role also establishes design standards, manages project timelines, and delivers mobile-first experiences across web and mobile.

Own retention and lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, on-site personalization, retargeting, loyalty, referrals, and customer experience touchpoints. Lead strategy, execution, testing, segmentation, triggered communications, personalization, and cross-functional launches. Partner with data, platform, creative, brand, and customer experience teams to improve list growth, conversion, churn, lifetime value, acquisition, and repeat revenue.
