Owns go-to-market strategy and execution for Viz.ai’s AI-powered healthcare product suite. Responsibilities include product positioning, messaging, launches, marketing campaigns, content and sales enablement, competitive intelligence, conference representation, and quarterly performance analysis. The role partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Customer Success, and Life Sciences teams to translate clinical and product strategies into commercial outcomes.

Own pulmonary care pathways from problem discovery through launch and adoption. Translate pulmonary guidelines and evidence into patient criteria, care-gap logic, and clinical workflows; prioritize roadmaps; develop requirements; measure outcomes; and coordinate Product, Engineering, Clinical, Customer Success, Implementation, and Design teams. Lead clinician discovery, site visits, prototyping, customer issue resolution, clinical validation, and post-launch improvements. Owns end-to-end clinical research and real-world evidence data management, including research database and EDC configuration, EHR data extraction, transformation pipelines, data cleaning, quality control, data lock, statistical analysis, documentation, and automated EHR-to-EDC integrations. The role requires hands-on work with messy clinical data, scalable ETL solutions, APIs, data models, reproducible code, and cross-functional collaboration with site IT, informatics, product, and research stakeholders.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing territory strategies, educating clinicians and executives using clinical data and outcomes studies, presenting products, supporting on-label use, gathering customer insights, and collaborating with sales, clinical, product, and marketing teams. The role requires consultative healthcare sales experience and travel up to 50%.

Serves as the clinical subject matter expert for cardiovascular product development, pilots, implementation, workflow optimization, and customer engagement. Collaborates with Product, R&D, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data & Analytics teams to incorporate clinical requirements, define KPIs, develop enablement toolkits, support commercialization, and build external partnerships. Requires clinical experience, diagnostic imaging knowledge, healthcare product exposure, project management abilities, and 30–50% travel.

Lead oncology product strategy and development from customer insight through launch and optimization. Define market opportunities, write product requirements, prototype AI-native experiences, and partner with design, engineering, clinical, sales, BD, and marketing teams. Build relationships with oncology clinicians and key opinion leaders, shape go-to-market strategy, monitor adoption and commercial metrics, and deliver products that improve cancer care and access to treatment.

Leads Viz.ai’s strategic partnerships and ecosystem strategy, including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and managing commercial and technology partnerships. Owns partnership pipelines, distribution, licensing, data-sharing, co-marketing, and potential M&A arrangements. Collaborates with Product, Clinical, Sales, Legal, and Finance to integrate and commercialize partnerships, track ecosystem performance, and advise executive leadership and the Board. Represents Viz.ai with external partners and helps drive growth across healthcare AI and life sciences markets.

The Business Development Senior Director will lead commercial efforts with pharma/biotech companies, managing the sales cycle and developing high-value partnerships while exceeding revenue targets.
