Lead new health system partnerships in the Northeast: prospect, build executive relationships, negotiate agreements, manage the full partnership lifecycle, design territory strategy, coordinate cross-functionally, represent Talkiatry at industry events, and deliver measurable referral growth and launch outcomes.

Lead the creation of SRE practices across six product teams: define SLOs/SLIs, implement observability, reduce outages, automate toil with IaC and tooling, run production readiness reviews, and train teams to improve incident detection and reliability.

Lead clinician-facing product marketing: own positioning, employer brand, clinician research, recruitment marketing and channels (career site, CRM, paid/organic), manage agencies, and measure pipeline and hiring metrics to grow Talkiatry's clinical workforce.

Lead design and rollout of Talkiatry's QA operating model and first QA platform, automate independent QA over BPO volume, and quality-assure both human and agentic AI interactions. Build and lead a small team, define scorecards and coaching, deliver QA insights and dashboards, partner with AI Ops, Clinical, and Operations, and embed compliance and HIPAA-sensitive audits into a scalable QA program.
