Build relationships with clinical training programs, plan virtual and in-person events, manage conferences, budgets, vendors, contracts, marketing assets, and event technology. Track outreach and ROI in ATS and CRM systems, support candidate pipelines, and collaborate with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and clinical leadership. Travel up to 30% and work occasional evenings and weekends.

Own lifecycle marketing performance across patient onboarding, activation, early care, and retention. Design and analyze multichannel experiments, build reporting and dashboards, write SQL, diagnose funnel and segment performance, and integrate AI and machine learning signals into lifecycle journeys. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Engineering, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Creative to improve patient outcomes and measurable business performance.

Build and lead the organization-wide adoption of generative AI, agentic systems, and AI-assisted development. Design production automation agents, evaluate coding tools, modernize rules-based workflows with ML, and establish responsible AI guardrails. Partner with engineering, product, data, and clinical teams to identify high-impact opportunities, own the enablement roadmap, measure outcomes, and drive adoption through working software, documentation, and hands-on collaboration.

Leads marketing operations, lifecycle campaign infrastructure, and Dev & Deployment teams. Owns automation workflows, data architecture, campaign delivery across email, SMS, and push, platform integrations, QA, reporting, compliance, and experimentation. Partners with Product, Data, Engineering, and Marketing Technology to build scalable, personalized patient communications and apply AI-driven optimization.

Own Talkiatry’s paid social creative strategy and testing roadmap across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. Analyze creative performance metrics to develop hypotheses, briefs, and scalable messaging frameworks that improve patient acquisition and reduce CAC. Manage creator and agency partnerships, UGC pipelines, asset workflows, and cross-functional execution while leading innovative, patient-centered campaigns for mental healthcare.

Senior individual contributor who drives product analytics, experimentation, and applied modeling. Owns growth and performance analyses, designs experiments with robust statistical evaluation, builds repeatable reporting, and partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Clinical, and Finance to translate data into actionable product and operational decisions.
