Own Level 2 tickets, perform root cause analysis, produce operational reports, maintain documentation and runbooks, and train Level 1 analysts. Support 24×7 rotating shifts and comply with export-control authorizations.

Install, upgrade, and license software; troubleshoot host and network issues; perform daily system monitoring, reporting, and record-keeping; recommend and implement solutions; and create user documentation and training materials.

Provide Level 2 Windows-focused NOC support: administer and harden Windows servers, troubleshoot OS/Active Directory/connectivity issues, monitor systems, remediate incidents, manage software/agents, produce reports, maintain documentation, and train Level 1 analysts.

Provide Level 2 network monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, incident remediation, and configuration support in a 24×7 NOC. Own escalated tickets, document root causes, produce reports, maintain network documentation, and create runbooks for Level 1 training.

Provide Level 2 Windows systems administration and troubleshooting for development, test, and production servers. Perform patching, re-imaging, GPO configuration, OS hardening, software/agent management, monitoring, incident remediation, root cause analysis, reporting, documentation, and create runbooks to train Level 1 analysts. Support 24×7 operations on rotating shifts.

Provide advanced Linux/Unix administration in a 24×7 NOC: troubleshoot OS/service/connectivity issues, perform re-imaging, patching, package management (yum/apt/rpm), monitoring, incident remediation, runbook creation, documentation, and train Level 1 analysts.
