Build segmentation, use AI and automation to identify expansion opportunities, partner with Sales/Product Marketing, manage KPIs and budget, and run executive programs (CABs, CIO roundtables) to deepen relationships and generate pipeline.

Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support for SolarWinds monitoring and infrastructure software: troubleshoot escalated cases across network, system, security, and database environments; partner with engineering; create documentation and KB articles; mentor Tier 1; and advise customers on configuration, integrations, and best practices to ensure long-term success.
