Owns global data center operational risk and resilience activities, including risk registers, TVRAs, business continuity and emergency exercises, insurance findings, issue tracking, KPI reporting, and audit readiness. Coordinates GRC, central functions, regional leadership, and site teams to assess risks, implement mitigation plans, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions to closure. Integrates networks with monitoring, CMDB, ITSM, and source-of-truth platforms; develops reusable frameworks, workflows, and libraries; mentors technical teams; supports DevOps, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role also contributes to technical standards, cross-functional projects, planning sessions, site visits, and vendor engagements.

Manage and improve the Quality Standards and Internal Audit Frameworks within the Integrated Management System (IMS). Maintain IMS documentation, plan and conduct internal audits, support external certification audit readiness, and ensure alignment with evolving certification and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Lead mechanical engineering for data center global design standards: translate owner requirements into reference designs, review project designs, mentor engineers, optimize mechanical systems (HVAC, chillers, pumps), perform engineering calculations and commissioning processes, engage vendors, and support cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency, innovation, and deployment at scale.

Lead regional OFCI capital equipment procurement for data center construction: plan sourcing, forecasts, negotiations, logistics, supplier management, KPI tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous improvement.
