Provides in-house legal advice on global tax information reporting and withholding requirements, including FATCA, CRS, CARF, and 1099 reporting. Evaluates new and existing products, develops tax analyses and compliance policies, identifies risks, supports audits and regulatory filings, drafts relevant contract language, and partners with Finance, product, and business teams on compliant initiatives and system improvements.
