Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, and customer outcomes for Infoblox’s Network Monitoring System within its network observability portfolio. The role requires translating customer, market, and technical insights into product priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include integrating network telemetry and infrastructure data, advancing AI-enabled operations, prioritizing investments, and aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and executives.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data pipelines, data models, and platform infrastructure supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven decisions. Responsibilities include ingesting SaaS application data, developing medallion architecture layers and dbt transformations, implementing data quality monitoring, enforcing governance and access controls, and delivering reusable semantic data assets. Develops pricing models, dashboards, and analytics for SaaS and on-premise offerings. The role analyzes transaction, market, customer, competitive, and financial data; manages pricing governance, approvals, discounting, automation, and SKU lifecycle processes; and recommends monetization, packaging, and licensing strategies. It partners with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to implement pricing initiatives and present data-driven recommendations that improve growth, margins, and customer value.

Supports sales opportunities through technical discovery, solution design, demos, presentations, webinars, proofs of concept, and customer education. Partners with sales teams, customers, and technical partners to position cloud networking and security solutions, develop business cases, identify expansion opportunities, and apply AI tools to accelerate pre-sales activities. Leads Infoblox’s U.S. Public Sector marketing strategy across Federal and SLED markets. Owns integrated demand-generation programs, campaigns, events, partner initiatives, budgets, and performance reporting to drive pipeline, revenue, and deal acceleration. Partners with sales, product, channel, legal, security, and operations teams while using marketing automation, analytics, and AI-assisted tools to personalize engagement and optimize ROI.

Lead and develop a global benefits team and own strategy, design, governance, and operations for health, retirement, leave, and wellbeing across 40+ countries. Manage open enrollment, compliance, vendor relationships, budgeting, analytics, HRIS integrations, and deliver AI-driven improvements to benefits operations and employee experience.

Lead strategic partnerships with AWS, Azure, and GCP to drive co-sell, marketplace adoption, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
