The Director of Commercial Operations will scale GTM operations, oversee strategic deal execution, and optimize processes across teams to support growth.

Support early federal pipeline development through research-driven outbound prospecting, qualification of inbound federal leads, capture intelligence using SAM.gov and contract-spend tools, stakeholder mapping, and Salesforce documentation. Partner with Federal AEs and BD to shape capture strategies, attend federal events, and produce acquisition and contract-history briefs to inform long-cycle opportunities.

Serve as the customer-facing lead for legacy-to-Mark43 data migrations: run discovery, guide documentation, coordinate engineers and contractors, validate data, manage milestones, and support UAT and QA to ensure accurate, timely migrations.
