Partners with executives, establishes KPI and reporting standards, prioritizes the analytics roadmap, and delivers actionable business insights. The role also advances AI-native, self-service analytics capabilities, strengthens data governance and quality, and builds a high-performing analytics culture.

Build and scale the Planning org, drive forecasting/allocation platform adoption, set operating standards and KPIs (in-stock, weeks of supply, aged inventory), own inventory deployment and drop-ship strategy across distribution, and partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data/Finance to improve customer experience and working capital.

Own end-to-end product analytics for Babylist Wishlists and Celebrations. Build KPI frameworks, improve event instrumentation, analyze clickstream data, design experiments, and connect user behavior to retention and long-term value. Partner with product and engineering teams to influence strategy, create dashboards and reporting, and support AI-assisted analysis across multiple user types and business initiatives.

Lead cross-pod technical direction and system design for high-scale backend services, embed AI-native development practices, collaborate with product and design, mentor engineers, and drive ambiguous initiatives from design through production.

Lead end-to-end user experience design for web and native mobile products, running research, building rapid prototypes and production frontend code, evolving the design system, leveraging AI-native workflows, and partnering with PMs, engineers, and analysts to drive user-centered, outcome-focused product improvements.
