Provide legal and regulatory counsel to product, engineering, and partnerships teams on Stripe products. Draft and review product terms and documents, advise through product lifecycle from scoping to launch, monitor laws on consumer financial data access, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape product roadmap and compliance.

Build partner plans, playbooks, and collateral; communicate performance insights to stakeholders; negotiate high-value deals; and collaborate with regional sales, technical, marketing, and program teams.

Design, build, and maintain full‑stack services and tooling that power Stripe's global support operations. Expand live channel integrations (voice/messaging) including Greater China platforms, debug production issues, collaborate cross‑functionally, and improve engineering standards and processes.

Leads Stripe’s copy, creative concepts, and global campaigns across film, digital, print, OOH, and activations. Owns ideas from strategy through launch, writes and sharpens campaign language, presents work to senior stakeholders, directs agencies, builds brand-in-culture partnerships, experiments with AI-enabled creative workflows, and raises creative standards across teams. Requires strong conceptual thinking, language craft, stakeholder management, and experience selling ambitious work through.

Lead complex customer implementations of Metronome’s usage-based billing platform, including discovery, requirements gathering, technical and integration design, configuration, testing, data migration, and launch. Advise customers on pricing, packaging, quote-to-cash, and consumption models. Design integrations with CRM, CPQ, payment, tax, ERP, billing, and analytics systems; coordinate with implementation teams and R&D; manage risks; build customer relationships; and ensure post-implementation handoffs.

Leads and develops Engineering Program Managers delivering complex technical programs for Risk Operations. Sets technical strategy and roadmaps with Risk Engineering, Product, and Operations; prioritizes tooling and infrastructure initiatives; coaches managers; supports critical programs; evolves team structures and processes; and promotes Stripe’s values and user-centric culture.

Lead design, execution, and optimization of scaled lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product channels. Use marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML techniques to personalize journeys, drive activation, revenue, retention, and cross-sell. Analyze performance, generate insights, and collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.

Own go-to-market strategy and adoption for Stripe's data products. Develop positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, launch plans, demand programs, and sales enablement. Translate customer and market insights into roadmap recommendations and measurable KPIs while partnering cross-functionally to drive commercialization and growth.
