Leads and develops a team of 6–8 recruiters supporting technical and corporate hiring. Designs talent acquisition strategies, improves recruiting processes, uses metrics to drive performance, partners with senior leaders and stakeholders, and oversees recruiting initiatives, hiring events, interview days, and workforce growth programs.

The role partners with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, to support transformation and operational improvement.

Lead sector-level procurement and category-management strategies for aerospace and defense supply categories. Develop sourcing plans, analyze markets and costs, forecast demand, negotiate supplier agreements, manage procurement reviews and contracts, and mitigate supply-chain risks. The role requires collaboration with suppliers, engineering, programs, and internal stakeholders while supporting strategic initiatives and mission-critical sourcing outcomes.

Leads technologists and supply chain specialists in developing sourcing strategies for critical defense technologies and priority captures. Identifies supply-base gaps, forecasts technology needs, supports government acquisition proposals, and partners with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and business development to improve producibility, capacity, affordability, and risk. Manages strategic partner agreements, executive committees, and technology investments funded by suppliers or government programs.

Administer the enterprise Procore platform, including configuration, governance, licensing, integrations, data quality, reporting, dashboards, and user support. Lead standards, rollouts, training, change management, and process improvements across construction and facilities teams. Develop Power BI and DAX analytics, support SAP S/4HANA integrations, manage vendors, assess platform enhancements, and advise leadership on roadmap, risks, compliance, and AI-enabled capabilities. The role is fully telecommuting with travel of up to 25%.

Supports SAP S/4 Supplier Management and Global Supply Chain operations by configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining ERP changes. The role balances production support with project work, including requirements, testing, security design, documentation, change management, deployment, and go-live activities. It investigates system issues, validates SAP data, collaborates with business and technical teams, supports compliance and continuous improvement, and applies Ariba and MDG knowledge.

Classifies defense-industry parts and products under HTS and Schedule B, documents classification rationales, and supports import/export compliance. Applies rules of origin, customs requirements, ITAR, EAR, and other agency regulations. Coordinates with engineers and stakeholders, maintains compliance records, supports audits, post-entry reviews, FTZ activities, reporting, training, and special projects. Provides expert guidance on international trade compliance and helps improve operational efficiency.
