Coordinate and manage local install projects from handoff through closeout: plan resources, schedule labor, verify site readiness, track scope/schedule/cost changes, manage risks, document project deliverables, and serve as primary customer contact to ensure timely payment and exceptional customer experience.

Provide door-hardware specification services to architects to drive sales: create hardware sets, edit master specifications, review shop drawings, advise on code compliance and access-control applications, coordinate installations, and use CRM/specification software to support project execution and sales strategy.
