Leads end-to-end new product development for industrial gear and screw pump products. Creates CAD models and drawings, performs FEA and engineering calculations, coordinates design verification testing, and conducts DFMEA and risk analyses. Drives manufacturability and assembly improvements, oversees prototypes and testing, maintains BOMs and engineering documentation, troubleshoots manufacturing issues, researches materials and processes, and supports customers.
