Supports software and hardware asset lifecycle management, entitlement governance, compliance audits, data analysis, documentation, UAT, release readiness, and operational onboarding across ITAM, vendor operations, procurement, and platform teams.

Provides operational and client service support for financial advisors and their clients. Responsibilities include opening and maintaining accounts, processing money movements and transfers, resolving notifications and inquiries, preparing forms and reports, coordinating with advisors and broker-dealers, and handling sensitive client situations. The role also involves proactive client outreach, relationship retention, escalation management, and training other team members.

Provides internal IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, VPN, mobile device, printer, and business application issues.
