Own end-to-end video production, including creative support, scheduling, budgeting, vendor and crew management, stakeholder communication, post-production workflows, delivery, archiving, and financial closeout. Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, timelines, profitability, and creative standards. Coordinate editors, color, audio, graphics, agencies, and freelance partners, while applying knowledge of union rules and production requirements.

Lead and hands-on technical principal for Enterprise Applications (Salesforce, DealCloud) driving architecture, solution design, CI/CD/DevSecOps, AI-assisted development, platform modernization, production support, and engineering excellence. Coach and mentor engineers, own delivery and incident management, set standards and reusable frameworks, and remove technical roadblocks to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
