Leads technical delivery of Intapp SaaS solutions as the technical design authority and client advisor. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution architecture, data mapping, integrations, design and configuration issue management, sprint planning, client training, change management, implementation documentation, and mentoring Solution Engineers. The role collaborates with consultants, product, support, customer success, professional services, and sales teams to deliver solutions within scope and improve implementation practices.

Manages revenue accounting operations, including ASC 606 contract analysis, revenue allocations, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, audits, financial disclosures, and SOX controls. Leads process improvements, researches accounting standards, mentors staff accountants, and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders. Requires progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP and revenue recognition expertise, CPA licensure or candidacy, and proficiency in NetSuite, BlackLine, and advanced Excel.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites (primarily using Playwright); create test strategies; execute manual and automated tests; integrate tests into CI/CD; build dashboards and metrics; collaborate with product, architecture, and development teams to improve release quality.

Designs enterprise SaaS implementation architectures, establishes delivery best practices, creates reusable configuration and integration packages, and advises complex client engagements. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services teams to define scalable client solutions. The role requires extensive enterprise architecture experience, SaaS implementation expertise, LegalTech or FinTech experience, and knowledge of cloud, middleware, APIs, security, and scalability.

Implement and configure Intapp solutions across client environments, develop integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and SQL Server, translate business requirements into technical workflows, troubleshoot APIs and system issues, manage concurrent implementation projects, lead client workshops, deliver training, and maintain implementation documentation and quality standards.

Manage the health, adoption, and measurable business outcomes of enterprise legal-industry accounts. Develop success and remediation plans, coordinate with Account Managers, lead business reviews, advise executive stakeholders, and drive post-deployment adoption of Intapp products. Serve as a subject matter expert in Intapp Time and Billstream, represent customer needs internally, and build market visibility through user groups, thought leadership, and industry events.

Provide hands-on corporate legal support including global subsidiary governance, M&A diligence and integration, treasury and securities assistance for a NASDAQ-listed company, and management of outside counsel and corporate policies.

Lead design and implementation of DealCloud for enterprise clients: architect scalable configurations, drive data strategy and migrations, advise senior stakeholders, lead QA and trainings, support pre-sales scoping, and mentor delivery teams to ensure successful SaaS deployments.

Lead end-to-end M&A activities including strategy, target screening, valuation, due diligence, deal negotiation, and post-deal integration. Manage cross-functional diligence, build financial models and valuation analyses, prepare executive presentations, and support deal sourcing and pipeline management.

Lead and grow strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and model/platform providers (e.g., Microsoft, Anthropic). Design joint GTM and co-engineering plans, expand co-sell revenue, translate client needs into integrated platform/LLM solutions, own executive partner relationships, and align Product, R&D, Marketing, Industries, and Sales to scale Intapp Celeste across enterprise IT estates.
